摘要
近年来转录组测序技术即RNA-seq技术在鱼类研究中备受关注,为探究当前鱼类转录组领域研究热点,本文检索、处理分析了2010—2018年Web of Science核心合集数据库收录相关文献。结果发现:从2010—2018年共检索到有关鱼类转录组学研究论文687篇,论文发表数量快速上升;论文发表数量排名前三位的国家是中国、美国和德国,但中国发表的论文中心性偏低;鱼类转录组研究的主要内容是转录组注释、新转录本鉴定、转录后修饰(RNA剪接)、单核苷酸多态性鉴定和转录水平量化。这些文献分析结果可为今后鱼类转录组研究提供有益的参考。
In recent years,transcriptome sequencing technology,known as RNA-seq technology,has attracted much attention in fresh research.The related literature on fish transcriptomics were collected from the Web of Science core collection database from 2010 to2018 and were analyzed to explore the current research hotspots in fish transcriptomics.A total of 687 research papers related with fish transcriptome were published from 2010 to 2018,with the rapid increasing tendency.The three top countries with the maximal published papers are China,the United States of American and Germany,with the lower centrality of the published papers in China.The main tendency for fish transcriptome research is towards to transcriptome annotation,identification of new transcripts,post-transcriptional modification(RNA splicing),and identification of single nucleotide polymorphism and transcription level quantification.These findings provide useful references with future research on fish transcriptome.
