超疏水铜网的制备及其油水分离应用 被引量:5

Preparation of Superhydrophobic Copper Mesh and Its Application for Oil-Water Separation

摘要 通过简单方法制备稳定可进行油水分离的超疏水铜网。将β-巯基乙醇与三氟乙酸酐通过条件温和的酯化反应合成三氟乙酸巯基乙酯,通过一步浸泡法将其修饰到铜网表面,成功制备出超疏水超亲油铜网。按照参数重要性,分别探究了溶液配比、酯化反应温度、修饰时间等对铜网超疏水性能的影响。通过SEM、静态接触角测量仪对制备的超疏水铜网表面形貌、接触角进行表征,最终得出溶液配比为3:1(三氟乙酸酐:β-巯基乙醇),反应温度40℃,修饰时间10 h的最佳条件。制得铜网具有微纳米复合结构,与水接触角达到152.8°;基于制备的超疏水铜网,组装了油水分离装置,对铜网的油水分离效果进行了测试。结果表明,油水分离效率达到98.5%。 The superhydrophobic copper mesh was prepared by straightforward procedure,which could separate the oil and water mixed solution.2-Hydroxy-1-ethanethiol and trifluoroacetic anhydride were esterified in a mild condition to synthesize trifluoroacetic acid mercapto ethyl ester,which was modified to the surface of copper mesh by one-step immersion method.In the order of importance,the effects of solution ratio,esterification temperature and modification time on the superhydrophobic properties of copper mesh were discussed.The surface morphology and contact angle of the prepared superhydrophobic copper mesh were characterized by SEM and static contact angle measuring instrument,obtaining finally the optimal experimental conditions,solution ratio was 3:1(trifluoroacetic anhydride:2-Hydroxy-1-ethanethiol),reaction temperature was 40℃,modification time was 10 h.The copper mesh had the best micro-nano composite structure,the water contact angle could be up to 152.8°.Based on the preparation of super-hydrophobic copper mesh,the oil-water separation device was assembled and the oil-water separation effect of the copper mesh was tested.Results showed that the oil-water separation efficiency reached 98.5%.
