摘要
目的探索机械通气肠内营养患者针对性干预措施所取得的效果。方法选择2019年1月至2020年12月期间南京医科大学第一附属医院120例机械通气患者为研究对象,选择数字法随机化分为观察组和对照组,各60例,两组均在肠内营养支持基础上,再分别选择全面性干预措施、常规干预措施。收集患者营养状态、临床预后、不良反应情况。结果观察组白蛋白、总蛋白、血红蛋白高于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组机械通气时间、住院时间短于对照组,呼吸机相关性肺炎率低于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组总不良反应率(1.67%,1/60)低于对照组(20.00%,12/60),差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=10.439,P<0.001)。结论针对性干预措施用于机械通气肠内营养支持患者中效果显著,能有效改善患者的营养状态,从而降低呼吸机相关性肺炎率,建议临床推广。
Objective:To explore the effect of targeted intervention measures for patients with mechanical ventilation enteral nutrition.Methods:From January 2019 to December 2020,120 patients with mechanical ventilation in the First Affiliated Hospital with Nanjing Medical University were selected as the study objects,and were randomly divided into observation group and control group with 60 cases in each group by digital method.Based on enteral nutrition support,comprehensive intervention measures and routine intervention measures were respectively selected for both groups.The nutritional status,clinical prognosis and adverse reactions of patients were collected.Results:The albumin,total protein and hemoglobin of observation group were higher than those of control group(P<0.05).The mechanical ventilation time and hospital stay in the observation group were shorter than those in the control group,and the rate of ventilators associated pneumonia was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).The total adverse reaction rate of the observation group(1.67%,1/60)was lower than that of the control group(20.00%,12/60),and the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=10.439,P<0.001).Conclusion:Targeted intervention measures for patients with mechanical ventilation enteral nutrition support are effective,can effectively improve the nutritional status of patients,and reduce the rate of ventilator-associated pneumonia,suggesting clinical promotion.
