摘要 为满足GB31570-2015《石油炼制工业污染物排放标准》大气污染物特别排放限值要求,海南炼化公司引入LS-DeGAS降低硫黄回收装置烟气SO2排放成套技术,对硫黄回收装置进行烟气达标改造。改造后的烟气SO2排放浓度小于70mg/m3,最低达到18 mg/m3,满足最新环保标准中硫黄回收装置烟气SO2排放浓度小于100 mg/m3的特别排放限值要求。 In order to meet the special emission limit requirements of air pollutants in GB31570—2015"emission standard for pollutants from petroleum refining industry",Sinopec Hainan refining and chemical company introduced LS-DeGAS complete set of technology to reduce SO2 emission from sulfur recovery unit,and transformed sulfur recovery unit to reach the emissionstandard.The SO2 emission concentration of the reformed flue gas was less than 70 mg/m3,and the minimum reached 18 mg/m3.The result satisfied the special emission limit of SO2 emission required by the latest environmental protection standard that the concentration shall be less than 100 mg/m3 of sulfur recovery unit.
