我国公办高中编制日语教师招聘现状与问题探析

The Management Status and Problem Analysis of the Staffing of Chinese Senior High Japanese Teachers

摘要 高中日语教师是我国高中外语教师队伍的重要组成部分,已成为仅次于高中英语教师的第二大外语教师群体。但当前我国高中日语教师队伍建设依然存在诸多问题,尤其是高中日语教师编制的结构性短缺,日益成为公办高中日语教师队伍建设的主要障碍,并对公办高中日语教学工作产生了一系列直接或间接的负面影响。本课题组对2017—2022年我国各省市高中日语教师编制招聘状况进行调查分析,发现我国高中日语教师编制主要存在整体性编制紧缺、编制区域分布与日语教育规模不匹配,以及编制招聘要求不符合我国日语高等教育的实际情况等问题。 Senior high school Japanese teachers are an important part of the foreign language teaching force in Chinese high schools and have now become the second largest group of foreign language teachers,following high school English.However,there are still many problems in the construction of the senior high school teaching force in China,especially the structural shortage of high school Japanese teachers.The shortage has increasingly become a major obstacle that hinders the construction of Japanese teaching force in Chinese high schools and has directly or indirectly had a negative impact on high school Japanese teaching work.The research group investigated and analyzed the status of high school Japanese teacher staffing in the provinces and cities in China from 2017 to 2022.They found several main problems,including an overall shortage of high school teachers in China,a mismatch between the regional distribution of teachers and the scale of Japanese language education,and a discrepancy between the recruitment requirements for teachers and the actual situation of Japanese education in China.In the future,it is also necessary to further enhance the management of Japanese teacher staffing to ensure that the staffing the ratio of Japanese teachers to students is not lower than the average ratio of English teachers to students.Local administrative units and education departments should conduct thorough and systematic evaluations of Japanese teacher staffing to prevent the occurrence of an imbalanced situation where the ratio of Japanese teacher staffing is excessively low and the number of te mporary Japanese teachers is disproportionately high.
