摘要
水泥作为填料掺加到冷再生混合料中,这对其结构组成和强度形成都有一定影响。本文通过试验室内试验的方法,建立了冷再生混合料在击实、路用性能等方面与不同水泥用量之间的规律变化关系,并对最佳水泥掺量进行了研究。结果表明:除了冷再生混合料的低温性能减弱外,混合料中水泥含量的增加与最佳用水量、最大干密度的提高,高温及耐水损害性能的改善正相关,同时,当乳化沥青用量为3.5%(RAP质量)时,最佳水泥使用量为1.5%(RAP质量)。
Cement is added as a filler to cold recycled mix,which has a certain influence on its structural composition and strength formation.In this paper,through the method of laboratory test,the relationship between the cold-recycled mixture in terms of compaction,road performance and other cement dosages was established,and the optimum cement content was studied.The results show that in addition to the low temperature performance of the cold recycled mixture,the increase of cement content in the mixture is positively correlated with the improvement of the optimal water consumption,the maximum dry density,the improvement of high temperature and water damage resistance,and at the same time,when the amount of emulsified asphalt is 3.5%(RAP mass),the optimum cement usage is 1.5%(RAP mass).
