摘要
结合乌鲁木齐市苏州路西延综合管廊工程施工经验,探讨新疆寒冷地区原材料对高抗冻混凝土抗冻融性能的影响,并提出综合管廊混凝土常见质量问题的应对措施。结果表明,当水泥细度为320~350m2/kg、粉煤灰掺量为12%、聚羧酸减水剂掺量为2.5%时,高抗冻混凝土的抗冻性能最佳。
Based on the construction experience of the West extension of Suzhou Road Comprehensive Pipe Gallery Project in Urumqi,this paper discusses the influence of raw materials on the freeze-thaw resistance of high frost resistant concrete in the cold area of Xinjiang,and puts forward the countermeasures for the common quality problems of the concrete in the comprehensive pipe gallery.The results show that when the fineness of cement is 320-350 m^2/kg,the content of fly ash is 12%,and the content of polycarboxylate water reducer is 2.5%,the frost resistance of high frost resistant concrete is the best.
