摘要
分别对美藤果开展扦插和种子育苗试验研究。扦插试验中,选取美藤果1年生半木质化且无病虫害的健康枝条作为插穗材料,采用随机试验,使用3种不同类型的生根剂(ABT-1、ABT-3和GGR),不同浓度(100mg/L、500mg/L、1000mg/L、1500mg/L、2000mg/L)和不同浸泡时间(2min、4min、6min)对美藤果扦插穗条成活率的影响进行试验研究,结果显示:生根剂ABT-1处理浓度为1000mg/L,浸泡2min时,插穗成活率最高,达到75.56%;种子萌发试验中,使用不同基质(椰糠、细沙和红土)育苗对美藤果种子萌发率影响的试验研究,结果显示:育苗基质中细沙萌发率(77.78%)最高。
In this study, cutting and seed breeding experiments were carried out on Plukenetia volubilis.In the cutting experiment,1-year-old semi-lignified and pest-free healthy branches of Plukenetia volubilis were selected as cuttings,and a randomized trial was conducted with three different types of rooting agents(ABT-1,ABT-3 and GGR),with different concentrations(100 mg/L,500 mg/L,1000 mg/L,1500 mg/L, 2000 mg/L)and different soaking time(2 min,4 min,6 min). The results showed that when the concentration of rooting agent ABT-1 was 1000 mg/L and soaked for 2 min,the survival rate of cuttings was the highest,reaching 75.56%.In the seed germination experiment,the effects of raising seedlings with different substrates(coconut bran,fine sand and red soil)on the seed germination rate of Plukenetia volubilis were studied. the results showed that the germination rate of fine sand in the seedling substrate(77.78%)was the highest.
