摘要
本文以梅州市大罗村为例,结合精准扶贫与乡村振兴等工作的实际需求,整合倾斜影像、点云、全景影像等多源遥感数据以及专题业务等数据,设计并搭建了三维地理信息系统管理平台,集成数据集成与展示、信息查询管理以及规划设计等功能,实现了贫困户、贫困村的精细化、可视化管理与应用,解决了传统管理系统功能简单、缺少空间分析与辅助决策功能,数据源单一、可视化和智能化程度低等问题,为精准扶贫以及乡村振兴提供数据和技术支撑。
Taking Daluo Village in Meizhou City as an example,combined with the actual needs of targeted poverty alleviation and rural revitalization,this paper integrated multi-source remote sensing data such as oblique aerial images,point clouds,panoramic images and thematic business data,designed and built a three-dimensional geographic information system management platform,integrated data integration and display,information query management and planning and design functions,realized the fine and visual management and application of poor households and poor villages,solved the problems of traditional management systems,such as simple function,lack of spatial analysis and auxiliary decision-making functions,single data source,low visualization and intelligence,and provided data and technical support for targeted poverty alleviation and rural revitalization.
