摘要
一流师范专业建设和卓越教师培养是我国高等师范教育内涵式发展的重要内容。文章分析了泉州师范学院一流特殊教育专业建设和卓越特殊教育教师培养的改革背景,总结了融合教育教师和卓越特殊教育教师培养、一流特殊教育专业建设的经验,针对加快融合教育教师培养、卓越特殊教育教师培养步伐和推进特殊教育一流专业内涵建设,提出了加强融合教育实践和培养融合教育师资,探索联合培养模式和提升人才培养层次,坚持分阶段梯级推进和对准指标、以评促强的特殊教育改革方向等建议。
The construction of first-class teachers’specialty and the training of excellent teachers are important contents of the connotative development of higher normal education in china.This paper analyzes the reform background of the construction of first-class special education specialty and the training of excellent special education teachers in Quanzhou Normal University;summs up the experience of training inclusive education teachers and excellent special education teachers and building first-class special education specialty.In view of strengthening the training of inclusive education teachers,accelerating the training of excellent special education teachers and promoting the construction of first-class specialties in special education,the special education reform directions of strengthening the practice of inclusive education and training inclusive education teachers,exploring the joint training mode and improving the level of talent training,promoting step by step and evaluating the indicators are put forward respectively.
