摘要
高校与政府、中小学协同育人是应用型高校人才培养的重要途径。泉州师范学院小学教育专业在专业建设与人才培养实践过程中,以专业课程群为载体,以大学教师与中小学校教师为主体,建立学科教学与学科活动教研共同体,逐渐构建了US(大学-小学)协同育人模式,既促成高校一流专业建设水平的不断提升,又助力小学“减负增效”的高质量发展。
The cooperation among colleges and universities,government as well as primary and secondary schools is an important way to cultivate talents in application-oriented colleges and universities.In the process of specialty construction and talent cultivation practice,the primary school education major of Quanzhou Normal University established the teaching and researching community of subject teaching and subject activities by taking the professional curriculum group as the carrier and taking university(U)teachers and primary and secondary school(S)teachers as the main body,and gradually constructed the US(university-primary school)collaborative education model.It contributed not only to the continuous improvement of the first-class professional construction level of colleges and universities,but also to the high-quality development of primary schools to“reduce the burden and increase the efficiency”.
