摘要
在板壳理论中,带有开口会引起应力集中,需要对开口部位进行补强,带有小圆孔的金属板壳的应力集中度是3倍,带小孔的复合材料板的应力集中与金属不同。本文针对带有圆孔有限宽复合材料板壳的受力情况进行分析,与金属带圆孔有限宽板壳进行理论和有限元对比。从理论上和有限元仿真上对不同铺层孔边应力集中的影响进行分析对比,使用首层失效准则将没有圆孔与含有圆孔的失效载荷对比,指出适合于此种载荷的铺层形式,总结出针对不同铺层的圆孔的一般性结论,为后续复合材料板壳的设计提供支撑。
In the theory of plate and shell,the opening will cause stress concentration,so it is necessary to reinforce the opening edge.The stress concentration of metal plate and shell with small round hole is three times as the composite plate,whose stress concentration is different from that of metal.Based on the analysis of the stress situation of the composite plate and shell with circular openning and finite element comparison with the metal plate and shell with circular opening,the influence of stress concentration on the edge of different-ply holes is analyzed and compared in theory and finite element simulation.The first ply failure criterion is used to compare the failure load without circular openning with that with circular hole,and the suitable ply load is pointed out.The general conclusion for the circular opening of different layers is summarized,which provides support for the subsequent design of composite plates and shells.
