摘要
现代学徒制度的有效实施需要行业、学校、政府三方面的共同努力,在进展过程中应该考虑到三方利益和职能分工的不同,让制度有序执行,并且建立严格的运行原则。本文从四个方面解释了学徒制,分析了当前学徒制中存在的问题,并从七个方面对现代学徒制的实施提出了具体建议。以期对我国高职院校现代学徒制运行机制的创新提供参考。
The effective implementation of the modern apprenticeship system requires the joint efforts of the relevant industry,colleges and the government.In the implementing process,the interests of the three parties and the differences in the division of functions should be taken into account so that the system can be carried out in an orderly manner and strict operating principles can be established.This paper explains the apprenticeship system from four aspects,analyzes the existing problems in the current apprenticeship system,and puts forward concrete suggestions on the implementation of modern apprenticeship system from seven aspects.It is expected to provide reference for innovating the operation mechanism of modern apprenticeship in vocational colleges.
