摘要
目的探讨爱康渗透树脂联合Opalescence皓齿美白在轻中度氟斑牙中的应用效果。方法选择2019年1月—2020年3月本院收治的86例轻、中度氟斑牙患者作为研究对象,依据随机数表法分为研究组和对照组两组,每组各43例。对照组采取Opalescence皓齿美白治疗,研究组在对照组基础上采用爱康渗透树脂。统计两组临床疗效及牙体敏感性、治疗满意度。结果研究组总有效率为95.4%,治疗满意度为93.0%,均高于对照组的81.4%和76.4%,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组牙体敏感性比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论采取爱康渗透树脂联合Opalescence皓齿美白治疗轻中度氟斑牙效果显著,患者满意度高。
Objective To investigate the application effect of icon caries infiltrant resin combined with Opalescence whitening in mild to moderate dental fluorosis.Methods From January 2019 to March 2020,86 patients with mild to moderate dental fluorosis in our hospital were selected as study subjects and they were divided into study group(n=43)and control group(n=43)according to the random number table method.The control group took Opalescence whitening treatment,and the study group took icon infiltration resin on the basis of the control group.The clinical curative effect,the sensitivity of the tooth,and the degree of satisfaction with the treatment in the two groups were analyzed.Results The total effective rate(95.35%)and treatment satisfaction degree(93.02%)of the study group were higher than those of the control group(81.40%,76.74%)(P<0.05).There was no significant difference between the two groups in tooth sensitivity(P>0.05).Conclusions The use of icon caries infiltrant resin combined with Opalescence whitening teeth has significant effects,and patients are highly satisfied.
