Objective To explore the clinical effect of butylphthalide combined with argatraban in the treatment of acute cerebral infarction. Methods 110 patients with acute cerebral infarction who were hospitalized in our hospital from September 2018 to September 2019 were selected as the study objects and they were randomly divided into control group and observation group, with 55 cases each group. On the basis of routine symptomatic treatment, the control group was given argatraban, and the observation group was given butylphthalide combined with argatraban. The total effective rate,NIHSS and ADL scores of each group were observed after treatment. Results The total effective rate of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);the improvement degree of NIHSS score and ADL score in the two groups after treatment were significantly higher than those before treatment, the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05),and the decrease of NIHSS score and increase of ADL score in the observation group after treatment were significantly different from those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusions Butylphthalide combined with argatraban could effectively reduce the neurological damage in patients with acute cerebral infarction, and effectively improve their ability of self-care,which has a significant therapeutic effect on patients with acute cerebral infarction.
