摘要
目的:探讨分析磁共振泌尿系水成像造影技术在输尿管疾病中的应用。方法:选取我院2018-10-2019-10收治的27例输尿管疾病患者,给予患者磁共振泌尿系水成像造影技术检查,对磁共振泌尿系水成像造影技术检查在输尿管疾病检查中应用的价值进行观察。结果:在本组患者中,有8例患者为输尿管结石、有7例患者为输尿管癌,有1例患者为转移癌,有2例患者为输尿息肉,有4例患者为输尿管结核,有1例患者为双肾盂输尿管,有2例患者为肾盂癌,有2例患者为肾盂结石。结论:磁共振泌尿系水成像造影技术检查图像、与静脉尿路造影、肾盂造影检查图像相似,可以有效筛查和诊断输尿管病变患者。
OBJECTIVE To explore the application of MR urography in ureteral diseases.METHODS Twentyseven patients with ureteral diseases treated in our hospital from October 2018 to October 2019 were selected and given magnetic resonance urinary water imaging angiography.The magnetic resonance urinary water imaging angiography was used in ureteral disease examination.Value.RESULTS In this group of patients,8 patients were ureteral calculi,7 patients were ureteral cancer,1 patient was metastatic cancer,2 patients were ureteral polyps,4 patients were ureteral tuberculosis,and there were One patient had a double pelvis ureter,two patients had pelvic cancer,and two patients had pelvic stones.CONCLUSION The magnetic resonance urinary water imaging contrast examination image is similar to the venous urography and pyelography examination,which can effectively screen and diagnose patients with ureteral lesions.
