摘要
目的:以结肠肿瘤性肠梗阻患者为研究对象,观察和评价腹部CT检查的价值。方法:随机抽取123例自2014-10-2019-5接受诊疗的结肠肿瘤性肠梗阻患者,为所有患者实施X线平片检查及腹部CT检查,对比两种检查方式诊断效果及应用价值。结果:腹部CT检查肠梗阻诊断、确定梗阻部位、图像清晰及患者检查舒适等各项观察指标占比均较X线平片检查高,对比两种检查方式各项观察指标占比具有显著差异,P<0.05。结论:结肠肿瘤性肠梗阻患者应用腹部CT检查可获取清晰图像,而且能够提高其舒适度,准确定位梗阻发生部位,有助于为临床准确判断和鉴别患者病情提供影像学资料。
OBJECTIVE To observe and evaluate the value of abdominal CT examination in patients with colon neoplastic intestinal obstruction.METHODS A total of 123 patients with colon tumor intestinal obstruction who were diagnosed and treated from October 2014 to May 2019 were randomly selected.X-ray plain examination and abdominal CT examination were performed for all patients.The diagnostic results and application value of the two examination methods were compared.RESULTS Abdominal CT examination of intestinal obstruction diagnosis,determination of obstruction site,clear image and patient comfort were higher than the X-ray plain film examination.Compared with the two examination methods,the proportion of each observation index was significantly different.P<0.05.CONCLUSION Abdominal CT examination of patients with colon neoplastic intestinal obstruction can obtain clear images,improve their comfort,and accurately locate the site of obstruction,which is helpful to provide clinical data for accurate clinical judgment and identification of the patient’s condition.
