升陷汤加减治疗肺脾气虚型非小细胞肺癌相关性疲劳临床疗效 被引量：10

摘要 目的:体会对肺脾气虚型非小细胞肺癌(NSCLC)相关性疲劳(CRF)患者实施升陷汤加减治疗的临床价值。方法:将71例本院于2016-01-2019-03内收治的肺脾气虚型NSCLC CRF患者为研究对象,药物差异为分组原则,设对照组行常规西药化疗,设观察组给予升陷汤加减治疗。观察临床疗效。结果:观察组疲劳疗效达94.4%,对照组77.1%,P<0.05。经治疗后观察组疲劳积分、中医症候积分较低,体力状况较高,P<0.05。结论:治疗肺脾气虚型非小细胞肺癌肿瘤相关性疲劳患者,建议采纳升陷汤加减治疗,在提高临床疗效、降低相关性疲劳方面有显著意义。
