摘要
部分醇解型聚乙烯醇具有两亲性,通常作为氯乙烯聚合的分散剂。然而具有良好分散效果的聚乙烯醇产品长期被发达国家垄断,导致国内聚氯乙烯生产企业严重依赖进口。近年来随着国内企业研发投入,国产高品质、高性能聚乙烯醇产品开始投入到聚氯乙烯树脂生产中。本文研究了几种国产分散剂牌号在氯乙烯聚合中的应用,并在聚氯乙烯装置进行工业化试生产。结果表明:国产聚乙烯醇分散剂具有良好的适用性;聚氯乙烯树脂主要技术指标达到优级品规格要求,可以满足国内企业生产需要。
Partially alcoholized polyvinyl alcohol is usually used as dispersant in vinyl chloride polymerization for its amphiphilic properties.However,polyvinyl alcohol products with good dispersion effect have been monopolized by developed countries for a long time,resulting in domestic polyvinyl chloride enterprises heavily rely on imports.In recent years,with the investment in research and development of domestic enterprises,domestic high-quality,high-performance polyvinyl alcohol products begin to be put into the production of PVC resin.In this paper,the application of several domestic dispersants in vinyl chloride polymerization is studied,and the industrial trial production is carried out in the PVC plant.The results show that the domestic PVA dispersants have good applicability,and the main technical indexes of the produced PVC resin meet the requirements of superior grade specifications,which can meet production needs of domestic PVC enterprises.
