三位一体培训模式在重症医学科护生岗前培训中的应用

摘要 目的探究和分析三位一体模式在重症医学科护生岗前培训当中的应用效果。方法选取2019年1月—2020年6月期间的其中70例进行岗前培训重症医学护生作为本次研究的观察分析对象,将这70例重症医学护生按照数字随机法分为观察组和对照组,各35例。对照组的35例护生实施传统培训管理模式,观察组的35例护生实施三位一体培训管理模式;对两组护生培训后的理论知识和专业技能情况进行评估,比较两组护生的培训满意度,分析两组护生的医生、护士同事的本次重症医学护生培训效果进行评价。结果培训前,两组护生的理论知识和专业技能评分比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);培训后观察组护生的理论知识和专业技能评分均比对照组高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组的培训满意度为97.14%,比对照组80%的培训满意度高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组的医生、护士同事培训效果评分比对照组高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对岗前培训的重症医学护生实施三位一体培训管理,能够有效提高护生的理论知识和专业技能,改善护生对岗前培训的满意度,有利于提高医院岗前培训效果,值得进行广泛应用和大力推广。 Objective To explore and analyze the application effect of Trinity Model in pre job training of nursing students in intensive care department.Methods From January 2019 to June 2020,70 critical care nursing students who received pre job training were selected as the observation and analysis objects of this study.According to the digital random method,the 70 critical care nursing students were divided into the observation group and the control group,with 35 cases in each group.The theoretical knowledge and professional skills of two groups of nursing students after training were evaluated,the training satisfaction of two groups of nursing students was compared,and the training effect of doctors and nurses of two groups of nursing students was analyzed.Results Before the training,there was no difference in the scores of theoretical knowledge and professional skills between the two groups(P>0.05);after the training,the scores of theoretical knowledge and professional skills of the observation group were higher than those of the control group(P<0.05),the difference was statistically significant;the training satisfaction of the observation group was 97.14%,and that of the control group was 80%(P<0.05),the difference was statistically significant.The score of training effect of nurse colleagues was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The implementation of Trinity training management can effectively improve the theoretical knowledge and professional skills of nursing students,improve their satisfaction with pre job training,and improve the effect of pre job training,which is worthy of wide application and promotion.
