摘要
目的对关节松动术联合超短波治疗仪在颞下颌关节功能紊乱疾病治疗中的疗效结果进行研究。方法选取齐齐哈尔医学院附属第二医院2016年1月—2018年1月收治的96例颞下颌关节功能紊乱疾病患者,随机分为观察组与对照组,每组48例。对照组患者采用传统方法进行治疗,观察组患者采用关节松动术联合超短波治疗仪治疗,观察比较两组患者的治疗效果。结果观察组患者治疗总有效率为46/95.8%,对照组治疗总有效率为34/70.8%,两组比较差异有统计学意义(χ2=11.237,P<0.05);治疗前后观察组患者颞下颌关节功能评分中,CMI评分分别为(0.24±0.07)分、(0.10±0.05)分,与对照组相比差异有统计学意义(t=2.159,P<0.05)。结论关节松动术联合超短波治疗仪进行颞下颌关节功能紊乱病治疗应用效果更为显著,能够明显改善患者颞下颌关节功能,值得临床推广应用。
Objective To study the therapeutic effect of joint loosening combined with ultra-short wave therapy in the treatment of temporomandibular joint dysfunction.Methods A total of 96 patients with temporomandibular joint dysfunction diseases admitted to the Second Affiliated Hospital of Qiqihar Medical College from January 2016 to January 2018 were randomly divided into observation group and control group,with 48 patients in each group.Among them,the patients in the control group were treated with the traditional method,and the patients in the observation group were treated with joint loosening combined with ultra-short wave therapy,and the therapeutic effects of the two groups were observed and compared.Results The total effective rate of the observation group was 46/95.8%,and that of the control group was 34/70.8%.In addition,CMI scores(0.24±0.07)and(0.10±0.05)were significantly higher in the observation group than in the control group before and after treatment,with t=2.159 and P<0.05,showing statistically significant differences.Conclusion Joint loosening combined with ultrashort wave therapy is more effective in the treatment of temporomandibular joint dysfunction,which can significantly improve the function of temporomandibular joint and is worthy of clinical application.
