摘要
目的通过对有、无安宁疗护病房人文关怀实践经历的护理专业学生进行问卷调查,了解对安宁疗护的认知情况,分析安宁疗护病房人文关怀实践是否对安宁疗护认知有影响,为培养合格的护理人员设置安宁疗护课程提供依据。方法从上海某医学院中随机抽取170例有社区安宁疗护病房人文关怀实践经历的护理学生和50例没有实践经历的护理学生,利用自行设计的问卷进行问卷调查和统计分析。结果有51.4%的研究对象毕业后愿意从事安宁疗护工作,但实践组与未实践组差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);有安宁疗护病房人文关怀实践经历的研究对象相比较于没有实践经历的研究对象对于安宁疗护知识的掌握情况更好,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);有实践经历的研究对象对于安宁疗护的理解、对临终患者的关怀以及责任感都强于没有实践经历的研究对象,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在护理专业人才培养过程中,进行安宁疗护人文关怀实践是提升护理专业学生人文关怀意愿的有效方法。
Objective To investigate the cognition of hospice care among nursing students with and without humanistic care experience in hospice care ward,it also analyzed whether the practice of humanistic care in hospice ward had influence on the cognition of hospice care,and provided the basis for training qualified nursing staff in tranquillity care course.Methods 170 nursing students with practical experience of humanistic care in community hospice wards and 50 nursing students without practical experience were randomly selected from a medical college in Shanghai,the self-designed questionnaire was used for questionnaire investigation and statistical analysis.Results 51.4%of the subjects were willing to engage in tranquillity care after graduation,but there was no significant difference between the practice group and the non-practice Group.Who had the experience of humanistic care in Hospice Care Ward had a better knowledge of tranquillity care than those who had no experience(P<0.05).The understanding of hospice care,the palliative care and the sense of responsibility of the subjects with practical experience were stronger than those without(P<0.05).Conclusion It is an effective way to improve the humanistic care intention of nursing students to humanistic care practice in the training of nursing professionals.
