观察SBAR沟通模式联合微信平台在急诊护理管理中的应用 被引量:20

摘要 目的观察急诊护理管理中SBAR沟通模式联合微信平台的应用。方法回顾性选取2017年10月—2019年10月浙江省宁波市第一医院急诊科护理人员70例,依据管理模式分为常规管理模式组(常规组,n=35)和SBAR沟通模式联合微信平台组(联合组,n=35)两组,统计分析两组护士行为目标达成度、急诊护理服务质量。结果两组护理人员尊重患者评分之间比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),联合组护理人员团队角色、团队协作、沟通、自主决策、共情与共同参与、个性化护理措施评分均显著高于常规组(P<0.05)。两组护理人员急诊护理服务移情性、响应性评分之间比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),联合组会人员急诊护理服务保证性、有条性、可靠性评分均显著高于常规组(P<0.05)。结论急诊护理管理中SBAR沟通模式联合微信平台的应用效果较常规管理模式好,值得推广。 Objective To observe the application of SBAR communication mode combined with wechat platform in emergency nursing management.Methods 70 cases of nurses in the emergency department of the first hospital in Ningbo City,Zhejiang Province from October 2017 to October 2019 were selected retrospectively.According to the management modes,they were divided into two groups:conventional management mode group(conventional group,n=35)and SBAR communication mode group combined with wechat platform group(combined group,n=35),the achievement degrees of behavioral goals and quality of emergency nursing service of the two groups were statistically analyzed.Results The scores of team role,team cooperation,communication,independent decision-making,empathy and participation,personalized nursing measures of the combined group were significantly higher than the conventional group(P<0.05),but the difference of score of respect patients between the two groups was not significant(P>0.05).The scores of assurance,regularity and reliability of emergency nursing service of the combined group were significantly higher than the conventional group(P<0.05),but the differences of scores of empathy and responsiveness of emergency nursing service between the two groups were not significant(P>0.05).Conclusion The application effect of SBAR communication mode combined with wechat platform in emergency nursing management is better than conventional management mode,so is worthy of promotion.
