经皮椎弓根钉微创手术治疗脊柱骨折的效果研究 被引量:9

摘要 目的探究经皮椎弓根钉微创手术治疗脊柱骨折的效果。方法选取2017年8月—2018年8月湖南医药学院第一附属医院收治的脊柱骨折患者58例,随机分为两组,每组29例,对照组应用传统开放内固定治疗,观察组应用经皮椎弓根钉微创手术治疗。结果研究组治疗效果优于对照组(P<0.05),研究组患者术后出血量少于对照组(P<0.05),住院时间短于对照组(P<0.05),两组手术时间没有变化(P>0.05),研究组术后并发症的发生率低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论和对照组的开放手术内固定治疗手段相比,研究组应用的经皮椎弓根钉微创手术是一种极为有效且非常安全的治疗手段,能够很好的使术后并发症发生率降至最低,大大降低了手术风险,体现出极佳的临床治疗效果,可以在临床推广应用。 Objective To explore the effect of minimally invasive surgery with percutaneous pedicle screw for spinal fracture.Methods A total of 58 cases of spinal fracture patients admitted to the hospital from August 2017 to August 2018 were randomly divided into two groups,29 cases in each group.The control group was treated with traditional open internal fixation,while the observation group was treated with percutaneous pedicle screw minimally invasive surgery.Results The therapeutic effect of the study group was better than that of the control group(P<0.05),the team of postoperative patients with haemorrhage amount is less than that in the control group(P<0.05),the length of time is shorter than the control group(P<0.05),two groups of operation time doesn’t change(P>0.05),the team the incidence of postoperative complications is lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Compared with open surgery fixation treatment means of the control group,the group at the application of percutaneous pedicle screw minimally invasive surgery is a very safe and very effective treatments,can very good fell to the lowest incidence of postoperative complications,patients with nerve function recovered very fast,greatly reduce the risk of surgery,reflects the excellent clinical effect,can be popularized in clinical application.
