铝用预焙阳极生产混捏工序对质量影响的探讨

摘要 根据某公司多个生产工厂间歇式混捏锅的不同,结合混捏工艺进行相关试验数据对比进行探讨。不同工厂采取了混捏量提升的试验,阳极的空气渗透率和电阻率呈下降趋势,其他指标变化不大;不同混捏锅转速的对比,阳极指标变化不大;不同干混温度的试验分析两个工厂结果存在差异,但总体没有指标恶化现象。结合不同混捏试验对工厂节约生产成本和提高生产效率具有一定的意义。 According to the difference of intermittent mixing and kneading pots in several production plants of a company,combined with the mixing and kneading process,the relevant test data is compared and discussed.The experiment of increased mixing and kneading quantity is carried out in different production plants,both the air permeability and resistivity of anode exhibit a downward trend,but other indicators have little change.The comparison of speed between different mixing and kneading pots shows little change in anode indicators.The test analysis of different dry mixing temperatures indicates that the two plants’results are different,but the indicators have no signs of deterioration on the whole.The combination of different mixing and kneading tests is of some significance for production plants to cut cost and improve production efficiency.
