摘要
试验以山西某难选低品位(A/S 2.1,高岭石41%,伊利石6%,含量较高)铝土矿为研究对象,进行了矿石性质分析及条件试验研究。考察了磨矿细度(-0.074 mm)、调整剂种类及用量、脱硅捕收剂种类及用量对浮选指标的影响。试验结果表明,磨矿细度为95%,采用FMD-1型脱硅捕收剂,用量800 g/t,通过“一次粗选一次精选两次扫选”工艺,可以得到产率为51.17%,Al_(2)O_(3)含量64.21%,A/S为5.01的铝精矿,为氧化铝生产提供原料。
In this paper,a refractory low-grade bauxite ore from Shanxi province is taken as the research object(A/S 2.1,kaolinite 41%,illite 6%,with relatively higher content),while the ore property analysis and condition test are carried out.The effects of grinding fineness(-0.074 mm),type and dosage of adjuster,type and dosage of desilication collector on flotation indicators are investigated.The test results show that the grinding fineness is 95%,the dosage of FMD-1 desilication collector is 800 g/t,and through the process of“one roughing,one cleaning and two scavenging”,the aluminum concentrate with a yield of 51.17%,Al_(2)O_(3)content of 64.21%and A/S of 5.01 can be obtained,thus providing raw materials for alumina production.
