含低熔点金属的镁合金与水反应试验研究

Experimental study on the reaction of magnesium alloy containing low-melting-point metals with water

摘要 为了制备可与纯水反应的可溶镁合金,采用铸造方法制备了含低熔点金属(Ga、In、Sn)的8种不同成分镁合金,用XRD和SEM研究了试验合金微观结构,用排水法测试了试验合金与水反应的速率等。结果表明:Mg-6Ga、Mg-6Sn、Mg-6In、Mg-3Cu-2In 合金在纯水中不腐蚀;Mg-4.3Ga-1.7In、Mg-3.5Ga-2.5In、Mg-3Ga-3In 合金在纯水中持续腐蚀,且水温影响合金的溶解速率和腐蚀率;分析了试验合金在纯水中持续腐蚀的根本原因。 In order to prepare soluble magnesium alloy which can react with pure water,8 magnesium alloys with low melting point metals(Ga,In and Sn)were prepared by the casting method.The microstructure of the tested alloy was studied by XRD and SEM,and the reaction rate of the tested alloy with water was measured by the drainage method.The results show that Mg-6 Ga,Mg-6 Sn,Mg-6 In and Mg-3 Cu-2 In alloys dont corrode in pure water;Mg-4.3 Ga-1.7 In,Mg-3.5 Ga-2.5 In and Mg-3 Ga-3 In alloys continue to corrode in pure water,and the water temperature affects the dissolution rate and corrosion rate of the alloys;and the root cause of the continuous corrosion of the tested alloys in pure water is analyzed.
