摘要
电解铝企业用电成本一直是影响铝价的重要因素,本文提出了拥有自备电站的电解铝企业参与弃风消纳的方案。分析了电解铝企业用电负荷特点、自备电站特点及辽宁省弃风特性,阐述该方案具有可行性。构建了电解铝企业与风电场联合运行模型,通过仿真分析,验证该方案可以降低用电成本,具有经济性。
The power cost of aluminum enterprises has always been an important factor to influence the aluminum price, this paper proposes a plan for aluminum enterprises with self-captive power plant to participate in wind curtailment accommodation. The characteristics of power load in aluminum enterprises, the properties both of the self-captive power plant and the wind curtailment in Liaoning province are analyzed, so as to elaborate the feasibility of this plan. The joint operation model of aluminum enterprises and wind farms is established, and this plan is verified to reduce power cost with considerable economics through simulation analysis.
