青海4种草地类型的土壤植硅体碳含量研究

摘要 植硅体碳作为一种长期稳定的固碳机制,在陆地生态系统生物地球化学碳汇中发挥着重要的作用.目前对植硅体碳汇机制的研究多集中于森林生态系统,对青藏高原高寒草地中植硅体固碳效应的研究较少.因此,本研究以青海高寒草地为研究对象,研究不同类型高寒草地土壤植硅体及植硅体碳积累,揭示该区域不同高寒草地生态系统植硅体固碳现状,阐明高寒草地植硅体固碳的影响机制,为未来陆地生态系统硅—碳耦合生物地球化学循环及其固碳潜力研究提供科学参考.研究结果如下:(1)土壤植硅体碳含量(0~40cm)在高寒草甸中含量最高(0.080g·kg^(-1)~0.110g·kg^(-1)),在温性草原中最低(0.049g·kg^(-1)~0.089g·kg^(-1)),高寒草原土壤植硅体碳含量为0.043g·kg^(-1)~0.085g·kg^(-1),沼泽草甸土壤植硅体碳含量为0.064g·kg^(-1)~0.110g·kg^(-1).土壤植硅体碳储量(0~40cm)的变化规律为高寒草甸(0.43±0.004t·ha^(-1))>高寒草原(0.36±0.012t·ha^(-1))>温性草原(0.33±0.010t·ha^(-1))>沼泽草甸(0.20±0.021t·ha^(-1)).(2)温性草原植硅体碳含量与土壤pH值呈显著负相关,与总氮和硝态氮含量呈显著正相关.高寒草原植硅体含量与总氮含量呈显著正相关,植硅体碳含量与土壤pH呈显著负相关,与总碳、总氮含量呈显著正相关.沼泽草甸植硅体碳含量与总碳、总氮、铵态氮以及速效磷含量呈显著正相关;高寒草甸植硅体碳含量与总碳、总氮、硝态氮、铵态氮、速效磷含量呈极显著正相关. In recent years,phytolith carbon sequestration,as a long-term and stable carbon sequestration mechanism,plays an important role in the biogeochemical carbon sink of global terrestrial ecosystem.Although predecessors have studied forest terrestrial ecosystem phytoliths and their carbon sequestration effects,there are few studies on the carbon sequestration effects and potential of alpine grassland ecosystem phytoliths.Therefore,taking the alpine grassland in Qinghai Province as the research object,this study makes a detailed study on the phytoliths and carbon sequestration effects of alpine meadow,alpine grassland,swamp meadow and temperate grassland in Qinghai Province,reveals the current situation of phytolith carbon sequestration in different alpine grassland ecosystems in this region,and clarifies the influence mechanism of phytolith carbon sequestration in alpine grassland.It provides a scientific reference for the study of silicon carbon coupling biogeochemical cycle and carbon sequestration potential of terrestrial ecosystem in the future.The main results of this study are as follows:(1)In different vegetation types,the content of soil phytolith carbon(0~40cm)is the highest in alpine meadow(0.080g·kg^(-1)to 0.110g·kg^(-1)),the lowest in temperate grassland(0.049g·kg^(-1) to 0.089g·kg^(-1)),the content of soil phytolith carbon in alpine grassland is 0.043to 0.085g·kg^(-1),and the content of soil phytolith carbon in swamp meadow is 0.064to 0.110g·kg^(-1).The variation law of soil phytolith carbon storage(0~40cm)is alpine meadow(0.43±0.004t·ha^(-1))>alpine grassland(0.36±0.012t·ha^(-1))>temperate grassland(0.33±0.010t·ha^(-1))>swamp meadow(0.20±0.021t·ha^(-1)).(2)In temperate grassland,the content of phytolith carbon was significantly negatively correlated with soil pH,and significantly positively correlated with the content of total nitrogen and nitrate nitrogen.In alpine grassland,phytolith content was significantly positively correlated with total nitrogen content,phytolith carbon content was significantly negatively correlated with soil pH,and significantly positively correlated with total carbon and total nitrogen content.In swamp meadow,phytolith carbon content was significantly positively correlated with total carbon,total nitrogen,ammonium nitrogen and available phosphorus content.In alpine meadow,the content of phytolith carbon was positively correlated with the content of total carbon,total nitrogen,nitrate nitrogen,ammonium nitrogen and available phosphorus.
