摘要 研究生教育是一个国家发展水平和发展潜力的重要标志,肩负着高层次人才培养和创新创造的重要使命。随着新材料与信息、能源、生物等高新技术的加速融合,新材料产业科技创新步伐持续加快,材料与化工专业学位研究生就业前景日趋广阔。以教育部“三全育人”综合改革试点院系项目为依托,探索形成集党建、思政、科教、产教于一体,涵盖四个育人方向、三种制度建设、三个提升目标的“Party+Ideological+Science+Industry”(PISI)“四三三”研究生培养模式,以解决专业学位研究生培养中科教与产教融合不足等问题,突出工程实践导向,大力拓展建设校内科研平台和校外实践基地,充分发挥校内校外导师协同育人作用,强化学生的工程实践能力和创新能力,显著提升专业学位研究生的培养质量。 As an important symbol of a country’s development level and potential,postgraduate education shoulders the important mission of high⁃level talent cultivation and innovation.With the accelerated integration of new materials with new and high⁃tech technologies such as information,energy,and biology,the pace of technological innovation in the new materials industry continues to accelerate,and postgraduate students majoring in Materials and Chemical Engineering have broad employment prospects.Therefore,by relying on the pilot college/department project of the Ministry of Education for the comprehensive reform of“three⁃in⁃one education”,we explored a“four three three”postgraduate training model of“Party+Ideological+Science+Industry”(PISI),which integrated party building,ideological and political education,science and education,and industry and education,covering four education directions,three systems construction,and three promotion goals.This model was proved to have addressed issues such as insufficient integration of science and education with industry and education in the cultivation of professional degree postgraduate students,have highlighted the engineering practice orientation,have vigorously expanded and built internal research platforms and external practice bases,have given full play to the collaborative educational role of internal and external tutors,have strengthened students’engineering practical and innovative abilities,and have significantly improved the quality of professional degree graduate training.
