摘要
加强大学生思想政治教育,是培养社会主义建设者和接班人的重要举措。民办高校是社会主义高等教育事业的重要组成部分,同样承担着立德树人的重任。然而受办学体制、组织机构等诸多因素制约,民办高校的思想政治教育工作水平与公办高校还存在一定的差距。在公办高校和民办高校之间开展党建结对共建工作,以党建工作为统领,构建育人队伍帮带培养机制,并予以一定的政策支持,促进资源共享,对于提升民办高校思想政治教育工作水平、构建“大思政”育人格局具有深远意义。
Strengthening the ideological and political education of university students is an important measure to cultivate socialist builders and successors.As an important part of socialist education in China,private universities also undertake the fundamental task of establishing morality and cultivating talents.However,restricted by many factors such as school⁃running system and organizational structure,there still exists a certain gap between private universities and public ones in ideological and political education.It is therefore argued that carrying out the work of pairing Party co⁃construction in private universities and public ones,taking Party building work as leadership,establishing mechanism to help train education team,improving support policies and promoting resource sharing,has far⁃reaching significance to improve the ideological and political education in private universities and construct the pattern of“great ideological and political education”.
