摘要
教师资格考试是我国教师资格制度改革的重要环节,面试是该考试的关键组成部分。面试评分的有效性和一致性在很大程度上取决于面试考官的能力,而考官能力培养又依赖于考官培训的方式和内容。尽管当前的面试考官培训已取得一定的成果,但仍面临一些挑战,如线下培训受限、培训内容单一、缺乏针对性等。为此提出了一系列改进策略,包括整合线上线下培训、常态化培训与考前强化培训相结合、融合专家指导与考务规范培训、进行学科专项培训和增加培训前后测验。通过对天津市教师资格考试面试数据的实证分析,发现在采用部分优化培训策略后,考官评分标准的一致性大大提高。可见,面试考官培训优化策略能显著提高评分标准的一致性,从而有助于提升教师资格考试的公平性和有效性。
National Teacher Certification Examination(NTCE)is an important part of China’s teacher qualification system reform,in which the interview plays a decisive role.The validity and consistency of interview scoring largely depend on the competence of the examiners,which largely depends on the training modes and contents.Despite achievements of the current examiner training,it still faces several challenges,such as limitations of offline training,single content of training,and lack of specificity.To this end,in this article the author proposes a series of strategies to enhance examiner training,including integrating online and offline training,adding regular training to pre⁃exam presentation,blending expert guidance with examination norms illustration,and merging subject⁃specific with comprehensive training.Through empirical analysis on the interview data of NTCE in Tianjin,it is found that after the adoption of optimized training strategies,the scoring standards of the examiners in the four interviews were able to remain consistent.As such,the optimized examiner training strategies proposed in this article could significantly improve the consistency of scoring standards,thereby contributing to enhancing the fairness and validity of the interview part of NTCE.
