摘要
数智化时代对管理专业实验实践教学提出新的挑战。基于CIPP评价模型构建一套包含“网络实验实践基础”“虚拟实验实践平台”“智能实验实践过程”和“共享实验实践成果”4个一级指标、8个二级指标、20个三级指标的管理专业实验实践教学评价体系。采用德尔菲法对评价体系进行修正,运用经验加权法确定指标权重,以保障指标体系的合理性和可操作性。
The era of digital intelligence poses new challenges to the experimental practice teaching of management speciality.In this article based on the theoretical framework of CIPP evaluation model,we establish a set of evaluation index system of experimental practice teaching of management speciality,which consists of four primary indicators of“network experimental practice foundation”,“virtual experimental practice platform”,“intelligent experimental practice process”and“shared experimental practice results”,eight secondary indexes and 20 tertiary index.In order to ensure the rationality and operability of the evaluation index system,we adopted the Delphi method to revise the evaluation system and the empirical weighting method to determine the index weight.
