摘要
为深入研究基于AACSB认证的管理类本科生自主创新能力培养的有效途径,在分析新时代人才强国战略对创新型人才需求的基础上,通过文献分析、现状调查及专家访谈,全面掌握当前国内高校管理类本科人才培养现状。针对AACSB认证下管理类本科生自主创新能力培养的现实需求,从七个方面提出了全面改革教学模式的对策,为充分激发学生自主学习能力,实现教学质量持续提升、人才培养水平达到AACSB认证标准,有效提高管理类本科生自主创新能力提供了路径参考。
In order to deeply study the effective ways to develop the independent innovation ability of management undergraduates based on AACSB certification,we have comprehensively analyzed the demand for innovative talents made by the strategy of strengthening the country with talents in the new era.On the basis of our analysis,we conducted literature review,survey study of current situation and interviews with experts,thus gaining a good understanding of the current situation of management undergraduate talent training in Chinese universities.In view of the practical needs of developing independent innovation ability of management undergraduates under AACSB certification,we also propose countermeasures for comprehensive reform of teaching mode from seven aspects.These countermeasures provide an important reference for fully enhancing students’autonomous learning ability,realizing the continuous improvement of teaching quality,reaching the AACSB certification standards of talent training,and effectively improving the independent innovation ability of management undergraduates.
