摘要
【目的/意义】信息化领导力是高校教师能力的重要组成部分,在数字化背景下具有独特的时代内涵。【方法/过程】通过创造性地构建一套理论模型,深入考察教师信息化领导力蕴含技术运用、教学实践、专业发展及文化建设等四重能力,进而从个人、单位和社会三大价值维度辨析其内在的价值特质。【结果/结论】高校教师信息化领导力存在认识不够、技术综合运用能力不足以及缺乏专业指导等问题,可以通过转变高校教师观念、加强高校教师技能培训与指导、营造高校教师信息化氛围以及建立数字化学习共同体等综合路径,来提升数字时代高校教师的信息化领导力。【创新/局限】扩展了高校教师信息化领导力的内涵,对于提升高校教师信息化领导力具有重要参考价值。结论对于高职高专教师信息化领导力等特殊情形的适用性还有待考察。
【Purpose/significance】Informatization leadership is an important part of university teachers'competence and has a unique connotation of the times in the digital background.【Methodology/process】By creatively constructing a set of theoretical models,we examine in depth the four competencies of teachers'informatization leadership,including technology use,teaching practice,professional development and cultural construction.And then identify its intrinsic value qualities from three value dimensions:personal,unit and social.【Result/conclusions】The informatization leadership of college teachers has problems such as insufficient awareness,insufficient ability of comprehensive use of technology and lack of professional guidance.The informatization leadership of college teachers in the digital era can be improved through comprehensive paths such as changing the concepts of college teachers,strengthening the training and guidance of college teachers'skills,creating an informatization atmosphere for college teachers and establishing a digital learning community.【Innovation/limitations】Expand the connotation of informatization leadership of college teachers and has important reference value for improving the informatization leadership of college teachers.The applicability of the conclusion to special situations such as informational leadership of higher education teachers remains to be examined.
