摘要
运用文献资料、问卷调查等方法,在梳理现有政策、相关研究、数据公报的基础上,考察内蒙古健身休闲产业发现:发展环境稳定、产业初具规模、供给不断增加、服务体系日趋完善。调研健身休闲活动发现:场地设施不足、有效供给不够、专业人才缺乏、体育消费不高、区域协调不畅。提出健身休闲产业区域协调发展运行机制构想:建立统筹有力的区域战略机制、建立区域协调发展的治理机制、建立竞争有序的市场一体化机制、建立利益共享的合作互助机制。
By means of literature,questionnaire and other methods,and on the basis of sorting out existing policies,relevant studies and data bulletins,this paper takes Inner Mongolia as an example to investigate the fitness and leisure industry and finds that the development environment is stable,the industry has begun to take shape,the supply is increasing and the service system is becoming more and more perfect.According to the investigation of fitness and leisure activities,it is found that the facilities are not perfect,the effective supply is not rich,the professionals are not sufficient,the sports consumption is not active,and the regional coordination is not smooth.To construct the operation mechanism of regional coordinated development of fitness and leisure industry:to establish an overall and powerful regional strategic mechanism,a governance mechanism for regional coordinated development,a market integration mechanism with orderly competition,and a cooperation and mutual assistance mechanism for benefit sharing.
