摘要
2020年1月30日,世界卫生组织(world health organization,WHO)对新冠疫情定义为"国际关注的突发公共卫生事件"。2020年5月1日,WHO重申新冠疫情仍然构成"国际关注的突发公共卫生事件",新冠疫情将长期存在。尽管新冠疫情在我国得到有效的防控,但在经济全球一体化时代,我国新冠疫情的防控仍将是艰难的、长期的和常态化的。青年大学生是特殊的社会群体,研究新冠疫情防控常态化下青年大学心理危机的干预与预防,对青年大学生心理健康具有较强的理论和实践意义。由此,文章基于认知心理学视角,以心理危机干预为介入,以某地区高校大学生心理咨询中心心理危机干预为实践基础,探究了新冠疫情防控常态化下青年大学生心理危机干预的重要性及介入方法,并提出了新冠疫情防控常态化下心理危机干预和预防策略。
In January 30,2020,WHO defined COVID-19 as"Public Health Emergencies of International Concern".And in May 1,2020,WHO reiterated that COVID-19 still constituted"Public Health Emergencies of International Concern".Therefore,COVID-19 will exist for a long time.Although COVID-19 has been effectively prevented and controlled in China,but during the time of economic globalization,the prevention and control of COVID-19 in China will still be arduous,long-term and normalized.Because college students are special social groups,it is of great theoretical and practical significance to study the intervention and prevention of psychological crisis in universities under the normal prevention and control of COVID-19.Therefore,based on the perspective of cognitive psychology,it is important to take psychological crisis intervention as the intervention in university students psychological counseling center.This paper explored the importance and intervention method of the psychological crisis intervention of college students under the normalization of COVID-19’s prevention and control.
