摘要
"省一大精神"的建构具有重要的理论和现实意义,而建构"省一大精神"需建立在挖掘其内生特征的基础之上。浙江省一大是中共一大薪火相传、一脉相承的必然结果,是中共党代会制度史上的光辉典范,深刻演绎了"江山就是人民,人民就是江山"的历史规律。基于浙江省一大内生特质的三重逻辑,本文论析浙江省一大的历史和理论逻辑,并尝试将"省一大精神"规范表述为:矢志复兴、敢为人先、人民至上。"矢志复兴"是主题,"敢为人先"是主线,"人民至上"是主旨。
It is of great theoretical and practical significance to establish"the spirit of the 1;People’s Congress of Zhejiang Province",and the establishment of the spirit should be built on exploration of its endogenous characteristics.The 1;People’s Congress of Zhejiang Province is an inevitable result of the inheritance and continuity of the 1;People’s Congress of the CPC,and a shining example in the history of the CPC congress system,which profoundly interprets the historical law that"the country is the people,and the people are the country".Founded on the triple logic of the endogenous characteristics of the 1;People’s Congress of Zhejiang Province,this paper analyzes the historical and theoretical logic of the 1;People’s Congress of Zhejiang Province,and tries to canonically express the"spirit of the 1;People’s Congress of Zhejiang Province"as follows:"the determination to rejuvenate,the courage to be the first,and putting people first"."The determination to rejuvenate"is the theme,"the courage to be the first"is the main clue and"putting people first"is the gist.
