摘要
在提高炼化企业竞争力,降低生产成本的背景下,如何获得低成本的氢气资源,降低用氢成本显得至关重要。镇海炼化在氢气系统优化方面积极探索,针对催化干气尾气未得到有效利用、PX异构化尾氢流失、加氢装置废氢排放量大、膜分离氢气回收率低、ⅠPSA氢气回收率下降、未实现按照纯度合理利用氢气等问题,通过新建变压吸附装置、改造PX加热炉燃烧器、优化加氢装置反应系统冷热高分工艺参数、优化膜组件运行模式、利用热氮再生技术恢复PSA吸附剂性能、梯级利用氢气纯度等方法,获得了大量低成本氢气资源,有效解决了氢气系统优化管理的难题。
In the context of improving the competitiveness of refining and petrochemical enterprises and reducing production costs,how to obtain low-cost hydrogen resources and reduce hydrogen cost is very important.In view of the problems such as the inefficient utilization of catalytic dry gas tail gas,the loss of PX isomerization tail hydrogen,the large amount of waste hydrogen discharged from hydrogenation unit,the low recovery rate of hydrogen from membrane separation,the decrease of recovery rate of I PSA,failing in reasonable utilization of hydrogen according to purity and so on,ZRCC has been actively exploring the hydrogen system optimization and has obtained a large number of low-cost hydrogen resources,and effectively solved the difficult problem of optimal management of hydrogen system.These methods include adding pressure swing adsorption,reforming heater burner of PX,optimizing the process parameters of reaction system of hydrogenation unit,optimizing the operation mode of membrane module,restoring the performance of PSA adsorbent by hot nitrogen regeneration technology,and utilizing hydrogen purity by step.
