摘要
【目的】探讨双歧杆菌三联活菌联合美沙拉嗪对溃疡性结肠炎患者氧化应激反应的影响。【方法】选取2017年2月至2019年2月收治的溃疡性结肠炎患者96例,按照随机数字表法将其分为两组,对照组应用美沙拉嗪治疗,研究组应用美沙拉嗪联合双歧杆菌三联活菌治疗,分析两组患者症状改善情况、炎症反应、氧化应激以及胃肠黏膜功能恢复情况。【结果】研究组有效率高于对照组(P<0.05);研究组治疗后腹泻、腹痛、粘液血便以及UC活动指数(ulcerative colitis disease activity index,UCDAI)均低于对照组(P<0.05);研究组肿瘤坏死因子-α(tumor necrosis factor-α,TNF-α)、超敏C反应蛋白(hypersensitive Creactive protein,hs-CRP)均低于对照组(P<0.05),研究组白细胞介素-10(interleukin-10,IL-10)高于对照组(P<0.05);研究组治疗后超氧化物歧化酶(superoxide dismutase,SOD)水平高于对照组(P<0.05),研究组治疗后丙二醛(malondialdehyde,MDA)水平低于对照组(P<0.05);研究组二胺氧化酶(diamine oxidase,DAO)、D-乳酸以及血清内毒素(endotoxin,ET)水平均低于对照组(P<0.05)。【结论】对溃疡性结肠炎患者采用美沙拉嗪联合双歧杆菌三联活菌治疗可以降低患者炎症反应程度,改善氧化应激反应状态,促进患者肠黏膜功能恢复,改善患者临床症状,可以在临床中进行进一步推广应用。
【Objective】To explore the effect of bifidobacterium trifecta combined with mesalazine on oxidative stress in patients with ulcerative colitis.【Methods】A total of 96 patients with ulcerative colitis admitted to our hospital from February 2017 to February 2019 were selected and divided into two groups according to the random number table method.The patients in the control group treated with mesalazine,while those in the study group were treated with mesalazine combined with bifidobacteria triple viable bacteria.The symptom improvement,inflammatory response,oxidative stress and recovery of gastrointestinal mucosa function were analyzed betwee the two groups.【Results】The effective rate in the study group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,diarrhea,abdominal pain,mucous blood stool and UCDAI index in the study group were all lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).TNF-αlevel and hs-CRP in the study group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05),while IL-10 in the study group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).The level of SOD in the study group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05),and the level of MDA in the study group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).The levels of DAO,D-lactic acid and ET in the study group were all lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).【Conclusion】Mesalazine combined with bifidobacterium triplex viable bacteria in the treatment of ulcerative colitis can reduce the inflammatory response,improve the response to oxidative stress,promote the recovery of intestinal mucosal function and improve the clinical symptoms in patients.It can be further popularized and applied in clinic.
