摘要
【目的】了解新型冠状病毒肺炎期间大学生的饮食行为,指导大学生合理膳食。【方法】选择394名大学生,采用食物频率法对调查对象在疫情期间的食物摄入状况进行调查,并与中国居民膳食指南推荐量进行比较,分析评价大学生膳食状况。【结果】疫情期间大学生谷类、肉类、水果蔬菜类、坚果类食物摄入频次和摄入量较高,杂粮、奶类和水产类食物摄入频次和摄入量较低,男、女学生摄入奶类分别占推荐摄入量的66%和62%,水产类分别占推荐摄入量的55%和76%。男、女生每日饮水量[M(P25,P75)]分别为1058(883,1654)ml和1188(852,1786)ml,明显低于推荐摄入量。男、女生分别有29人(24.6%)、71人(32.9%)使用膳食补充剂,分别有28人(23.73%)、78人(28.26%)选择抗菌清炎、润肺止咳的食物。【结论】疫情期间大学生奶类和水产类食物摄入不足,水的摄入缺乏严重。
【Objective】To learn the dietary behaviors in college students during the epidemic period of new coronavirus pneumonia,and guide them to have a reasonable diet.【Methods】A total of 394 college students were selected to receive the investigation of their food intake during the epidemic period by food frequency questionnaire.The data were compared with recommended nutrient intake(RNI)by Chinese residents’dietary guidelines.【Results】During the epidemic period,the intake frequency and intake of cereal,meat,fruits and vegetables,nuts were higher,while the intake frequency and intake of miscellaneous grains,milk and aquatic products were lower.The intake of milk by male and female students accounted for 66%and 62%of RNI respectively,and that of aquatic products accounted for55%and 76%of RNI respectively.The daily drinking water intake[M(P25,P75)]of male and female students were 1058(883,1654)ml and 1188(852,1786)ml respectively,which was significantly lower than the recommended intake.There were 29(24.6%)male students and 71(32.9%)female students whoused dietary supplements.【Conclusion】During the epidemic period,the intake of grains,milk and aquatic products is insufficient,and the intake of water is seriously insufficient.
