邛崃市家蝇对常用杀虫剂的抗性调查 被引量:2

Resistance of housefly to commonly used insecticides in Qionglai City

摘要 目的掌握邛崃市家蝇对常用杀虫剂的抗性现状,为杀虫剂的科学使用提供理论依据。方法从邛崃市城区的居民区、农贸市场和垃圾站点捕获野外家蝇,实验室饲养1~2代,选择羽化后3~5日龄雌性家蝇为测试对象,采用微量点滴法进行抗性测定。结果敌敌畏、双硫磷、溴氰菊酯、氯菊酯、高效氯氰菊酯、残杀威对邛崃市家蝇的LD_(50)分别为0.1239、0.0374、0.0705、0.0540、0.0705、0.5600μg/♀;家蝇对上述药剂的抗性倍数分别为28.81、14.96、9.28、3.56、4.22、1.54倍。结论邛崃市城区家蝇自然种群对部分常用杀虫剂已产生抗药性,应加强对家蝇的抗药性监测,科学合理使用杀虫剂。 Objective To observe the resistance of houseflies to commonly used insecticides in Qionglai City and provide the basis information for applying insecticides reasonably.Methods The wild houseflies were captured from residential areas,farmer’s markets and garbage sites in Qionglai City,and raised in the laboratory for 1 to 2 generations.3 to 5 days old female houseflies after eclosion were selected for the resistance test with topical application.Results The LD_(50)s of dichlorvos,temephos,deltamethrin,permethrin,beta-cypermethrin and propoxur to houseflies in Qionglai City were 0.1239,0.0374,0.0705,0.0540,0.0705,and 0.5600μg/♀,respectively,showing 28.81,14.96,9.28,3.56,4.22 and 1.54 folds resistance to the six insecticides developed in the houseflies.Conclusion The wild population of houseflies in Qionglai City has developed high resistance to some commonly used insecticides.It is recommended to strengthen resistance monitoring and apply insecticides scientifically.
