摘要
目的探究急性酒精中毒的促醒治疗和护理要点。方法研究时段为2017年12月—2019年5月,研究对象选取以上时段内本院收治的80例急性酒精中毒患者开展研究,所有患者均采用纳洛酮静脉输液治疗,并以不同的护理措施作为分组依据,将80例患者分为对照组、观察组。对照组40例用常规护理,基于此,观察组40例增加针对性护理,对比临床观察指标、护理满意度。结果观察组促醒时间、症状消失时间短于对照组,而用药剂量少于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组护理满意度高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在急性酒精中毒促醒治疗中配合有效的针对性护理,对缩短症状缓解时间、提高治疗效果具有重要作用。
Objective To explore the wake-up treatment and nursing points of acute alcoholism.Methods Study period was from December 2017 to May 2017,study subjects was selected 80 patients with acute alcoholism admitted to the hospital during the above time period.All patients were treated with naloxone intravenous infusion and treated differently.Nursing measures were used as a grouping basis,and 80 patients were divided into the control group and the observation group.In the control group,40 patients were treated with routine nursing.Based on this,40 patients in the observation group were given targeted nursing,and the clinical observation indicators and nursing satisfaction were compared.Results The wake-up time and symptom disappearance time of the observation group were shorter than that of the control group,and the dose was less than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The nursing satisfaction of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion In combination with effective targeted nursing in the treatment of acute alcoholism and awakening,it is important to shorten the time of symptom relief and improve the therapeutic effect.
