Objective To observe the clinical effects of integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine in the treatment of chronic cholecystitis of liver and gallbladder. Methods Eighty-two patients with chronic cholecystitis of liver and gallbladder dampness were enrolled in our hospital(from February 2018 to February 2019).According to different treatment methods, they were divided into experimental group(41 cases, combined with traditional Chinese and western medicine treatment)and control group(41 cases, using conventional western medicine treatment). Results There was no significant difference in the pre-treatment symptom scores between the two groups of patients with hepatobiliary damp-heat type chronic cholecystitis(P>0.05).After treatment, the symptom scores of patients with hepatobiliary damp-heat type chronic cholecystitis of experimental group were significantly lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).The clinical treatment effect of the experimental group was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The clinical effect of combination of traditional Chinese and western medicine on chronic cholecystitis of liver and gallbladder dampness is significant.
