摘要
为了能够精确地预测并控制机器人焊接过程中的焊缝成型质量,提出一种模糊推理的方法建立CO_(2)焊接工艺参数和焊缝成型质量之间的非线性关系。首先选取影响CO_(2)焊接质量的主要焊接工艺参数,通过正交实验法取得这些工艺参数对应焊缝成形几何尺寸的数据,然后分别对样本数据进行模糊化,选择隶属度函数,最后依据实验得到的经验制定模糊规则,搭建出焊接工艺参数对应焊缝质量的模型。并基于模糊规则制定时未用的实验数据进行测试,模糊推理方法得到的预测数据相比实际焊接结果,误差在3%以内,验证了所建立预测模型的有效性,为CO_(2)焊接工艺参数的优化控制提供依据。
In order to accurately predict and control the weld forming quality in the robot welding process,a fuzzy reasoning method was proposed to establish the nonlinear relationship between the CO_(2)welding process parameters and the weld forming quality.Firstly,the main welding process parameters affecting the quality of CO_(2)welding were selected,and the data corresponding to the geometric dimensions of the weld forming were obtained through orthogonal experiment.Then,the sample data number was fuzzified,membership function was selected,and fuzzy rules were formulated according to the experience obtained from the experiment.A model of welding process parameters corresponding to weld quality was established.Based on the experimental data not used in the formulation of fuzzy rules,the prediction error obtained by the fuzzy reasoning method is less than 3%compared with the actual welding results,which verifies the effectiveness of the established prediction model and provides a basis for the optimization control of CO_(2)welding process parameters.
