摘要
以稻壳灰(RHA)和二氧化硅作为掺杂材料制备了改性的混凝土,其中稻壳灰取代率为10%,纳米TiO_(2)取代率为1%~5%。并对掺杂后复合混凝土的力学性能及导热性能进行分析研究。结果表明,稻壳灰(RHA)和二氧化硅的掺入可有效降低混凝土的导热系数同时提高其耐热性能,当稻壳灰取代率为10%,纳米TiO_(2)取代率为3%时混凝土具有最佳抗压强度和抗弯强度,同时研究发现TiO_(2)的掺入可有效降低混凝土孔隙率和氯离子渗透值。
Mechanical and thermal properties of concrete modified with rice husk ash(RHA)and titanium dioxide nanoparticles were determined.The substitution rate of rice husk ash and nano-TiO_(2)was 10%and 1%~5%,respectively.The mechanical properties and thermal conductivity of the mixed concrete are analyzed.The results show that the incorporation of rice husk ash(RHA)and silicon dioxide can effectively reduce the thermal conductivity of concrete and improve its heat resistance.When the substitution rate of rice husk ash(RHA)and nano-TiO_(2)is 10%and 3%,the concrete has the best compressive strength and flexural strength.At the same time,it is found that the incorporation of TiO_(2)can effectively reduce porosity and chloride penetration values of concrete.
