摘要
以淤泥为原料,秸秆为造孔剂,废弃玻璃粉作为高温液相促进剂,硅酸钠作为塑性增强剂,高温烧结制备蓄水用轻集料。测试了轻集料的蓄水性能,用XRD分析了试样在烧结时的物相变化,用SEM分析了烧结温度对试样内部结构的影响。结果表明:用淤泥制备蓄水用轻集料时,最合适的秸秆掺量为30%,废玻璃粉为2.5%,硅酸钠为0.5%,在900℃下烧结20min,所得样品蓄水率达到80%以上。随着烧结温度的提高和保温时间的延长,蓄水材料的吸水率逐渐减小,抗压强度逐渐增加。XRD分析显示烧结试样中主要晶相为石英、钙长石和硅酸三钙。SEM分析表明烧结温度升高使得试样内部结构变得致密。
In our study,Silt was used as raw material,straw was used as pore-forming agent,waste glass powder was used as high-temperature liquid phase accelerator,sodium silicate was used as plasticity enhancer,and high-temperature sintering was used to prepare light-weight aggregate for water storage,the water storage performance of the light aggregate was tested.The phase change of the sample during sintering was analyzed by XRD.The influence of sintering temperature on the internal structure of the sample was analyzed by SEM.The experimental results show that when the light aggregate for water storage was prepared by sludge,the most suitable straw content is 30%,the waste glass powder is 2.5%,the sodium silicate sodium carbonate is 0.5%,and the sample was sintered at 900℃for 20 min.The water storage rate is over 80%.With the increase of sintering temperature and the prolongation of sintering time,the water absorption rate of the water storage material gradually decreases,and the compressive strength gradually increases.XRD analyses show that the main crystal phases in the sintered samples are quartz,anorthite,and tricalcium silicate.SEM analyses show that the increase in sintering temperature made the internal structure of the sample dense.
