基于Meta-analysis整合分析植物生理指标对短期和长期增温处理的不同响应

A Meta-analysis of Plant Physiological Indexes in Different Responses to Short-term and Long-term Warming Treatment

摘要 长期的增温对植物的生理和生长过程的影响以及不同植物功能类型之间的影响如何变化尚未得到广泛分析,在此次Meta-analysis中,搜集了70余篇有关增温处理的文献,利用文献中的实验数据,研究了长期和短期的增温对不同植物生理指标的影响。研究发现短期增温对植物的光合速率、呼吸速率、比叶面积和叶氮含量都具有刺激作用,加速了植物的生理生长过程,但长期增温却对植物的光合速率和叶氮含量产生负面影响。长期和短期增温均对植物呼吸速率有积极影响,长期增温更是加速了这一生理过程。总体而言,结果表明了短期增温和长期增温对植物生理和生长的影响是有区别的,并且还会在不同功能型植物和温度变化幅度中发生改变。 The effects of long-term warming on plant physiology and growth processes and the effects of different plant functional types have not been widely analyzed.In this Meta-analysis,we collected more than 70articles on temperature-increasing treatment.Using the experimental data in the literature,the effects of long-term and short-term warming on physiological indices of different plants were studied.We found that short-term warming has a stimulating effect on plant photosynthetic rate,respiration rate,leaf area and leaf nitrogen content,which accelerates the physiological growth process of plants,but long-term warming has negative effects on plant photosynthetic rate and leaf nitrogen content.influences.Both long-term and short-term warming have a positive effect on plant respiration rate,and long-term warming accelerates this physiological process.Overall,the results indicate that short-term warming and long-term warming have different effects on plant physiology and growth,and also vary in different functional plants and temperature variations.
