摘要
形象具备强大的社会整合功能,广泛地塑造和制约着个体行动。增强乡村教师的职业吸引力、提升乡村教师队伍素质,需重塑乡村教师形象。本文以广西179位师范生为研究合作者,他们既是乡村好老师发生情景的直接参与者,其中大部分也将成为乡村教师。通过唤醒他们对过往乡村教育生活经验的关注—诉说—转录,分析他们心目中乡村好老师的情景框架,发现"关怀和助益"是其共同的底层结构。
The Image has powerful functions of social integration,which extensively shaping and restricting individual actions.To enhance the occupational attraction of rural teachers and improve their qualities,it is necessary to rebuild the image of rural teachers.This paper takes 179 normal university students in Guangxi as cooperators.They have been directly participated in excellent rural teachers’daily educational life,and most of them also will become rural teachers in the future.By arousing their attention to their past experiences in rural education life,and telling,transcribing that in words,this paper analyzes the situational frames of excellent rural teachers in the students’minds,and finds that"care and help"is the common underlying structure.
