摘要
社区普惠性幼儿园是我国学前教育事业的重要组成部分,旨在为社区内所有适龄幼儿提供平价保质的学前教育,其创设具备有效满足幼儿的学前教育需求、有政策支持等优势,但其发展也存在监察机制不完善、政府投入不足等劣势。面对机遇与挑战,可以采取细化政策指导、加大投入力度、强化师资建设、宣传社区教育和提高社区服务质量等策略,解决"入园难、入园贵"的现实问题,早日实现人民群众对"幼有所育"的期盼。
The community inclusive kindergarten is an important part of preschool education in China.It aims to provide affordable and quality preschool education for all school-age children in community.Its creation has the advantages of effectively meeting the preschool education needs of children and policy support,but its development also has the disadvantages of imperfect monitoring mechanism and insufficient government investment.In the face of opportunities and challenges,we can take strategies such as detailed policy guidance,increased investment,strengthened teacher construction,publicity of community education and improvement of community service quality to solve the practical problems of"difficult to enter the kindergartens,expensive to enter the kindergartens",and realize the people’s expectation of"having enough kindergartens for children"as soon as possible.
